Rental Process & Application

 Step 1.  
Go look at the property that you are interested in.  You can come by our office ( we are located downtown on the corner of 1st and Marshall St.) and check out a key to the property that you would like to see.  There is a $10 deposit per key and you can keep the key for 24 hours (if you check the key out on a Friday it needs to be back at that same time on Monday).  You get your money back when you bring the key back.

 Step 2.
If you find a property that you like fill out an application and drop it off at our office. You can get an application by clicking the link at the bottom of this page or by picking one up at the office.  There is a $30 application fee for the applicant and a $15 fee for anyone else that is over the age of 18.  We pull a background check and credit report on the applicant  and just a background check on all the other adults.

 Step 3.

It takes between 24-48 business hours (depending on the availability of all the information) to process the application.  Once we have an completed application we will contact you.  If approved you can put your deposit down which will hold the property for 5 business days or you can pay your rent and deposit and move immediately.  If you have any questions just let us know.
We rent on a "first come first serve basis".
